At the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this year, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra. The company is gearing up for another Galaxy Unpacked Event on August 10th, where four new devices will be unveiled: the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is rumored to have 24-bit audio, be available in three color options (White, Graphite, and Bora Purple), and cost $229.99, a $30 premium over the Buds 2. There isn’t much more information available about the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, but 91mobiles has provided us with a complete 360-degree render.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro

The Galaxy Watch 5 is expected to be available in two sizes: 40mm and 44mm. There could also be a 45mm Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The 40mm Galaxy Watch 5 could have a 276mAh battery, the 44mm could have a 398mAh battery, and the Pro variant could have a massive 572mAh battery with 10W fast charging support. Both smartwatches will be powered by Samsung’s One UI Watch 4.5 on top of Google’s wearOS 3.5.

In terms of pricing, the Galaxy Watch 5 40mm Bluetooth will cost €300 ($307), while the LTE version will cost €350 ($358). The 44mm Galaxy Watch 5 with Bluetooth and LTE will cost €350 ($358) and €400 ($410), respectively. Meanwhile, the Watch 5 Pro with Bluetooth would cost €490 and the Watch 5 Pro with LTE would cost €540.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4

With revised dimensions of 6.1 x 5.1 x 0.27 inches (155 x 130 x 7.1 mm), making it somewhat shorter than its predecessor but wider and thicker than the Z Fold 3, OnLeaks and Smartprix claim that the hinge design has changed and hopefully improved when compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. An article on the Korean blogging platform Naver claims that Samsung is looking into ways to reduce the weight of the phone by redesigning its hinge and enhancing its waterproofing and dust-proofing. We would want a lighter phone and less vulnerable to damage from dust and moisture.
It’s expected to feature a 50MP primary camera, 12MP telephoto, 12MP ultrawide, and a 16MP under-display front camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus coupled with up to 12GB of RAM with a 4,400mAh battery, which remains unchanged. There should be a less noticeable crease on the display than before. It will run OneUI 4.0 based on Android 12.
There will be three color options for the Galaxy Z Fold 4: Phantom Black, Grey/Green, and Beige. It will be available with 256GB and 512GB of storage. The Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 may be available in 512GB and 1TB models, but only in a few regions.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

With a dual-tone design the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is supposed to have a bigger 1.9-inch AMOLED outer display, 120Hz 6.7-inch AMOLED inner display with an in-display front-facing camera, and just like the Z Fold 4, it will run on OneUI 4.0 based on Android 12 powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage an improved hinge design making the phone slightly thinner, a less noticeable display crease, flat edges, side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The battery capacity is still unknown but it could sport the same capacity of 3,300mAh as last year or a new 3,700mAh battery.
The dual camera setup would likely feature the same 50MP primary camera as the Z Fold 4 with the second camera possibly being the 12MP ultrawide. It would be available in various color combinations in variants of 128GB, 256GB and 512GB storage priced at €1,080, €1,160, and €1,280, respectively.
